It is with great joy and a sense of responsibility that I build a relationship with each and every client, allowing me to truly understand their goals.  This understanding allows me to guide each client along a stress free and unique path, allowing them to be successful in achieving their specific real estate goals.

I grew up in a large, close-knit family with blue collar parents who instilled in me the importance of diligence, perseverance and teamwork.  These values were instrumental in my success as a college athlete, as I went on to play baseball at Penn State and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

I spent over a decade as an engineer working in the land development industry as part of large design teams that created commercial and residential developments.  My meticulous attention to detail and skill in collaborating with other professionals was crucial in getting projects from an idea through completion of construction.  I also gained great experience in negotiating the best deals and results for my clients.  My engineering experience has also provided me with extensive knowledge into aspects of real estate that few REALTOR's have.  I have a detailed understanding of property boundaries, municipal zoning issues and the ability to identify potential terrain and drainage issues that could affect a property.

I have also been buying, selling and investing in real estate in Pennsylvania since 2004.  These experiences have allowed me to develop skills in acquiring, managing and maintaining investment properties, many of which I have personally renovated, increasing both the market value and desirability. Most importantly, I have been involved in countless transactions providing me with a detailed understanding of real estate documents and developing strong negotiating skills to get the best deals for my clients.

My success as a REALTOR® stems from my core values, desire to help others and experiences in the industry.  As a husband and father of three, I appreciate how busy life is and I strive to create a unique, enjoyable and stress free journey for all of my clients so that they can remain focused on their daily lives.  From day one, we will work together to define your goals, identify your expectations and create a plan to successfully achieve them.  I believe that my professional experiences have and will continue to help mitigate unexpected problems and delays to ensure that my clients have seamless real estate transactions.
